This Spring we replaced the front and side walkways with new Azek composite decking. We also put in all new Azek composite decking on the landings and built new stairs leading up to the second floor unit. We had planned to replace all the stairs leading up to the roof, the entire roofdeck, and all the siding on the house, but this winter just wouldn’t end and we ran out of time 🙁 .
Now that is our Fall project. Something to look forward to in 2019!
