Call To Action
We are focused on getting Assembly bill A-4520 considered in the Tourism, Gaming & The Arts Committee and Senate bill S-3133 considered in the Community and Urban Affairs Committee on January 17. We would like to get emails in the hands of both Assembly and Senate members over the holiday break. Emails should be brief and to the point….lengthy messages tend to get overlooked. We need them to understand that people renting their shore rentals on their own were mistakenly captured in the AirBnB tax bill passed in June and that this legislation corrects this error in the law.
All NJ Residents
We are asking all NJ residents to email Speaker Coughlin and email Majority Leader Louis Greenwald and ask them to put A-4520 on the Tourism Gaming & the Arts Committee agenda on January 17th. In addition, please email Senate President Sweeney to support and move S-3133 to the Community & Urban Affairs Committee agenda as soon as possible. Thank you.
We especially need residents of the following Districts to EMAIL their Legislators:
